Privacy Policy.

How we handle the limited information we collect when you visit exclaim-inc.com or get in touch with the studio.

Effective May 2026

Exclaim, Inc. (“Exclaim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit exclaim-inc.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We try to collect as little personal information as possible. Specifically:

  • Information you provide. If you email newbiz@exclaim-inc.com, call us, or otherwise contact the studio, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of your project.
  • Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools log basic technical data each time a page loads — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This helps us measure traffic and keep the Site running.
  • Cookies & similar technologies. The Site may set a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies; doing so will not prevent you from using the Site.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on potential engagements.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • Understand how the Site is used and where to invest in better content.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate the Site and run the studio — for example, website hosting (Cloudflare), email, file storage, and accounting software. These providers only access the information they need to perform their work and are bound by confidentiality.

Sharing

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers as described above.
  • If required by law, court order, or to respond to a lawful government request.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (for example, a merger or sale of assets).

Your choices

  • You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or contacting us.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email newbiz@exclaim-inc.com.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Server logs are typically retained for a short period and then anonymized or deleted.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
